GIGI HADID'S VODKA PASTA
Hadid's classic spicy pasta took TikTok by storm and we aren't wondering why. This recipe made headlines during lockdown;
Method & Ingredients
- In a large sauce pan heat 1/4 cup olive oil and add a diced small clove of garlic, plus 1/4 shallot. Cook until soft.
- Add 1/4 cup of tomato paste, cook until darker and a bit caramelised.
- Add 1 tbsp of vodka if you want, cook until almost evaporated.
- Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
- Keep stirring till combined, then season with salt and pepper.
- Remove sauce from heat.
- Cook your pasta, when done save 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining
- Add pasta to your sauce, then add 1/4 cup of the pasta water and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Stir over a medium heat til butter has belted and sauce is saucy.
- Add 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and stir.
- Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed, enjoy!

This includes fighting inflammation and protecting your body against ageing, thanks to vitamins B and E, as it boosts collagen production.
Method & Ingredients
- Boil Milk
- Melt 1/2 teaspoon of matcha with a little boiling water.
- Add the matcha and with 1/4 cup of organic Mable syrup in 2 cups of almond milk and beat very well.
- Serve in you're favourite mug.
ROSIE HUNTINGTON WHITELEY'S LEMON ROASTED CHICKEN
This gluten free recipe is a family favourite she loves to make.
Method & Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5.
- Stuff 1 medium chicken with the lemon and 3 garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the skin with 2 tablespoons olive oil and season well all over.
- Roast the chicken for approximately 11/2 hours.
- Boil 200g brown rice in chicken or 275ml organic chicken or vegetable stock and steam the 300g kale, shredded over a pan of boiling water.
- Serve the chicken on a plate with the kale and rice and a scattering of a sliced avocado and lemon zest.
