RETURNS
At Amrika, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence, allowing for easy refunds.

Please include the following in your return application:
- Order number
- Confirmation email
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos if necessary
Please check the categories below to see if your items are eligible for a refund or store credit:
- You have informed us within 24hrs of receiving your order
- The item is in its original condition and unworn.
- Original labels are attached.
- item is returned in its original packaging
- Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear must be returned unworn with the hygiene seals.
- You return the package back to Amrika within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You return the item to the correct address (this will be provided once you begin the returns process)
Amrika reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items which are not in the condition in which they were received. If this is the case, Amrika will return back to the customer and any shipping costs will not be covered by Amrika.
CUSTOMISED PIECES / MADE TO ORDER
Amrika does not accept refunds or exchanges on Made to Order or customised pieces (where an item is made, based on the measurements which you have shared with us)
You may make changes to your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, Amrika is unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
SPECIAL PRICE / SALE
Items in our Sale collection may have been previously worn for PR purposes so maybe subject to slight imperfection. Any imperfections will be clearly stated on the item description page.
REFUNDS
Refunds can take up to 7-10 working days but this depends on your bank and only made to the original payment method.
Amrika charges a return cost of £15 per item, this amount deducted from your final refund amount.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or your original delivery fee, including any tax or duties paid, is not included in your total refund amount.
We recommend using a tracked service when sending back your return. Amrika is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Any returns we do not receive will not be refunded.
Please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our T&Cs will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future returns being refused.
